The imagery of these Gifts start with an AI program that generates “new” Kinkade compositions after being fed a data set of Kinkade’s paintings. From there, fragments of scanned images from Kinkade’s works are layered on top and manipulated. I call the final print a “Bootleg Kinkade”. These prints are then further manipulated after printing.
